Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, introducing the worst Royal Mail office in all of London… I give you… THE CLAPHAM DELIVERY OFFICE!
Sweaty Christ this place is useless. Not only did i have a nonchalant postal worker carelessly knock over my £500 bike (and not apologise) i was also treated to a 30 minute queue at the reclaim desk this morning where the “computer says no” lady appears to have a full time position. The staff were rude, unhelpful and obviously stopped caring a long time ago.
Remind me never to be away from home the next time i am expecting a delivery. The prospect of going back here sends chills down my spine.
Clayshooter53 You could of course support your local post office by using the Local Collect service, contact your RM delivery office by email (less hassle and frustration than phone ), have the item redirected to your local post office where a small fee of 50p is payable. Take the card (sorry you were out) and some ID to the PO. A similar service is avaialable for parcels deliverd by Parcelforce.
If you encounter bad customer service then complain about it via email on the RM website, again less frustrating than by phone .
