parkings is pretty expensive but if you go to the cinema they knock money off.

Great outlet shopping centre with some really good outlets there. Our favourite was the Dune Shoe Shop with fantastic bargain prices. Good restaurants and bars. Should combine with a trip to Spinnaker Tower.

As outlet shopping (expensive fashion brands etc) goes this is good. As well as good shopping (favs are Fat Face, White Stuff, Austin Reed) the seaside location is lovely and there’s lots of OK chain restaurants (Tiger Tiger, Strada, HaHa etc) and bars (including Jongleurs). Great for people watching of an evening (Stag and Hen nights seem to be there most weekends). Transport links superb with Portsmouth Harbour Station and the Hard bus station within staggering distance.

I have a tall 14 year old and this was the place to take him shopping so he told me. Managed to bag some excellent bargains for him, needless to say he wants to go back every week.

I was expecting a horrible shopping area devoid of soul. This was not the case. It turned out to be a wonderful plac to spend a day. What with the Spinnaker tower, reviewed on this site, and the harbour, there is plendy to do. I went on a boat tour after walking around the harbour. I was surprised at what was on offer.

This is a place for all the family.

It’s worth going there if you are in the area, lots of ‘outlet’ shops, but there are so many in the uk, is there really that much clearance product?.... having said that I did get an Austin Reed suit for £49!!
Lots of places to eat , if it’s sunny the outside ones soon go.
We opted for Loch Fyne, as usual it was fine( pun unintentional). The views of the channel are great.
BUT… it does get a little hectic, not for everyone, and quite a mix of people.
I prefer Bicester.

Outlet shopping centre with good range of quality stores at discount prices. On the downside, some of the ranges in the shops can be sales leftovers and not worth buying, but if the stock is right you can pick up some really good bargains. Lots of lovely places to eat as well. Good family day out.
