This is a great place for a night out.
With it’s long downstairs bar and open plan second floor there’s never to much trouble getting served. The place can get quite busy at the weekend but thats to be expected I know a few people who use it to meet up in before hitting the town and there’s alovely patio area out the back which is great for those warm summer evenings.

This is a lovely place if you like that sort of thing, it is very upmarket wine bar type place and the prices tend to reflect this.

They serve food which looks very nice but is a touch on the costly side, they do show rugby and football matches but you do not get the same atmosphere and a good old pub.

This place is more for hen nights, or girly nights out it can be fun but also can be slightly expensive.

Do do a great range of cocktails though so worth a visit.

Cargo is a great place to head to if you fancy staying out of town on a heaving weekend. It will always be busy enought to give it some atmosphere at the weekend but never jam-packed as town is known to be. The music, food and drinks menu are all fab and totally affordable even without student discount which they promote well. Also and unfortuantely we are just leaving the season to enjoy it but the rear of Cargo has a great area for enjoying the sunshine. They often have BBQ's out there and even though its getting colder they have invested in patio heaters for those who still want to enjoy the night air. A must if you haven't been before.
