Great salady goodness. A touch pricey for a takeaway salad, but it's so tasty I don't care. I go there at least a couple of times a month

I always feel so good about myself when I head here for lunch. They do pre-made sandwiches and salads, but the real treat is at the back of the shop – create your own salad.

You start with the base of your choice (either couscous, baby spinach, pasta, lettuce..), and then construct the salad you want from a range of meats, fish or veggie things (pick one), salad items (pick three), dressing and topping (go for the seed mix, it’s great!). There’s a huge range of ingredients to choose from, so you’ll never get bored of the same old thing. A salad like this is around £4.50, so perhaps a little more than you’d like to pay, but worth it as a treat – especially if you’ve been over-indulging!
