the bar itself is not very impressive apart from good music being played - both djs and live bands. the outside garden is a different story in summer it’s a perfect place to go after work and relax outside. they usually also have a bbq going in the garden.

I am with Siany. I don’t feel old for saying that the Vibe Bar is a ridiculous place. It is dark and noisy, and the funny bit is that it is meant to be a “gather and catch up” pub after work. prices are high and is nothing special about it.
the courtyard is great but there are many places around with the same upside without going too far. Toilets are dirty, but you have the usual guy asking you for a tip. How stupid and uncomfortable is that? what if I have to go three times because I am lagered? 3 pounds of toilet? I never give. Sorry. I never go anyway because I don’t like it and because I am very loyal to 1001, but i have found myself in there a few times due to some buzz going on that made my friends thought it is a good pub.
Sorry for being negative, there’s something about the Vibe bar that makes me dislike it.

I think I might be the only person in London who doens’t like this bar. At all. It confuses me. But yes. It has a great outside courtyard. Wow. That’s it. That’s it’s only redeeming feature.

It’s too dark inside. I’m mean, really dark and you can’t read the menu. Grrr. It also means you can’t read books if you’re waiting for someone after work.

The staff are grumpy. But then, they’re probably grumpy because they have to ask people to repeat themselves ten times. It’s so loud in here. I know that makes me sound old and dull, but the way the bar is set out is clearly for lounging around. What’s the point in lounging around if you can’t hear anyone talking?

So yeah, there’s djs and stuff and a tiny place for dancing. I’ve never seen anyone dance in here. Sometimes they have bands and a few performers. But it’s a lounge bar and if they just stuck to that instead of trying to nick the trade from 93 Feet East, they actually might win me over.

Until then, I’ll be over the road in 93 Feet East.

To me, the Vibe Bar is a typical summer bar. A friendly feel in combination with hip hop, reagge and funk music is to me one of the nicest feelins. Especially when sitting in the garden surounded by trees and nature alongside a sip of Sour Amartto :).
The Vibe Bar was a very mellow place and the style of he crowd wasin my view vey bohemic, modern with a pinch of old school hip hop. I can’t really give any major negative points about Vibe Bar. It is basically a summer place, it is cozy and it contibutes with friendly love. This is truely place for memories…”...do you remember back in the day at Vie Bar?”.
The only reason i can find about Vibe Bar not being good is the weather. I believe tht if the weather is bad, the garden is not going to be used and it will definitely decrease the whole feel to Vibe Bar. The garden is the heart of Vibe Bar.

Pro’s: Great dj’s, fun, friendly

Con’s: When the weather is bad and the garden cant be used.

This bar is mainly frequented by local suits and office workers.
Lacks any atmosphere. Music is cheesy and people not particularly friendly.
Redeeming feature is the huge beer garden.
