So much better than the book and highly entertaining!
Entertaining, riveting musical, have to see! Brilliant voices!
Theatre itself perfect, excellent view, comfortable seats.
Look for buying tickets in the afternoon near picadilly circus (do for all London musicals…).

Absolutely fantastic
You couldn’t pay me to watch this again. Remember when you look at the audience, the word fan comes from fanatic.
I loved this musical. the music was catchy and the acting brillant.
Went to the Wednesday afternoon matinee perfomance. Full auditorium, cheering and screaming after pretty much every number.
Honestly? I didn’t know what to expect, but after the first 20 or so minutes which are a little slow, the show bursts into life and it is non-stop entertainment from there.
Two female leads – both stunning performances but Rachel Tucker was phenomenal. Ensemble cast are tight, story is clever and the setting effective throughout. Wanted to see this one for years and not disappointed.

robertstuart Really? Why go to the official Wicked website? Of course they are all rave reviews. Check out WasThatGood.com for independent theatre reviews by the audience who paid to see them.

This show is fantastic! I genuinely laughed, cried and smiled all the way through.
The untold story of the witches from The Wizard of Oz, the show is so well written and such a clever inter woven tale of the original tale of The Wizard of Oz. I don't want to give away any spoilers but the connections and references to the other main characters from the Wizard of Oz are wonderfully done. The sets and costumes are gorgeous and I cannot get "Because I knew you" out of my head. A beautiful story about the power of friendship and kindness.
I've seen Wicked 3 times so far and would happily go back for another 3 if not more! It's a great musical with a good story, catchy and rememberable songs, fantastic cast and really good lighting and visual effects. Not forgetting that their interval ice creams are very tasty as well!

What an amazing show. Absolutely loved it when I saw it - still remember one of the main songs sung and I saw it a good few years ago. Really memorable performance and well worth seeing with friends or your partner!!!
One of the best shows ever. Needs to come to Las Vegas!! i saw this back in September of 2010 and was the best musical in London.
I really wanted to see this show and I wasn't disapointed. It was the first original musical I had gone to see. The set design, story and songs were all amazing. I would go see it again if there wasn't other shows I would like to see beforehand (i.e. The Lion King)
Simply awesome. The venue was great, and the show will be remembered forever. Both leads were played by the understudies, but they shone so bright it really didn't matter.
My second ever theatre show and i'm already thinking of booking again.
The whole experience was truly beyond words and has to be seen, and heard to be believed.
Hear 'Defying Gravity' song in it's true , awe-inspiring setting, other than being murdered by teenagers on talent shows.

Fabulous musical about the story of the wicked witch of the west & Glinda the goid fairy - the early years. Brilliant scenery, excellent costumes & a very clever story line. Kerry Ellis as Elphaba was outstanding & Louise Dearman as Glinda was breath taking too. If only they could star opposite one another..?!
Was bought tickets for my 21st Birthday and I must say it is one of the best theater performances I have ever seen (and I have seen a lot!)
Lucy Newton played Glinda in the performance I saw and she was great...as for Rachel Tucker.... just WOW what a breathtaking voice! Everyone was amazing, the company really put everything into the backing singing and dancing and the costumes were incredible!
The sets were great, watch out for the giant dragon above the stage!
Would definitely go again and would highly recommend!!!!
What a fantastic show, great music and singing. The costumes are brilliant. The whole evening was brilliant. I thought it was very orginal. I loved it. A must see show.
The 'untold story of the Wicked Witch of the West' from the Wizard of Oz. It's very funny in places but also makes you think. Fabulous songs and brilliant costumes.
Wonderful way to spend a few hours. I booked the cheap seats very last minute as a treat for my 2 young daughters (and me!) because the 2 musicals we wanted to see, Hairspray and Mama Mia, were too expensive. I’m glad that we took the chance and went as it was brilliant and very entertaining and funny. The girls understood the message. Since the theatre is so small the cheap seats are close enough to the stage to not feel like the cheap seats.
