This cinema is great for watching any genre of film. Large, comfy seats in big viewing lounges, and very friendly staff make the whole experience a good one. Electronic machines (and booths, open peak times) offer tickets downstairs, but you can buy your tickets upstairs at the food stand (to tempt you to buy their food!) for something like 45p cheaper! I think that is a bit cheeky, but doesn't detract from the cinema's quality. Less than £5 for students. Confusing stair/escalator system which gets completely blocked everytime people queue to go into a film but you get used to that!

This is a great cinema! Clean, friendly, plenty of leg space, comfortable seats! Ticketing is easy; machines are located at the entry for anyone with a credit/debit card or at the concession stands. They have plenty of goodies including nachos, popcorn, Ben & Jerry's ice cream, and a wall of sweets! Who could ask for anything more?

As a student, I get GREAT discounts for showings, but even without that, it would be much less than I've ever paid in London or Brighton. I've also been to a Gold Class showing, which was a bit more expensive, but definitely an experience: private entrance, fewer people, leather seats, side tables, and tons of space! Not sure if it was worth the money (£9), but I'm sure it appeals to some people.
