Whether it is just to relax with a facial or to de-stress yourself, this place has something for you. The prices are pretty high but its worth it as the moment you step in there you feel relaxed instantly. Its quietness and tranquility is great and with the tailored treatments you feel pampered. You can also get there a bit earlier to use the pool and steam room and some other facilities available. Enjoy every moment of your time in there - its truly worth it.

The Mandarin Oriental's award winning spa is experience not be missed. From the moment you step into the spa with its soundprooofed rooms;orchids with your slippers to the heated massage table-you are pampered and spoilt by the highly trained therapists.

Its not so much the treatments that you book for,but the time spent because the highly trained therapists assist you in choosing your treatment depending on your skin type,stress levels and pain threshold- there is no pre-chosen treatment.

My latest visit there for the "time" spent cost 230 pounds and started off with a foot massage,plus a full body scrub, a brush and a firm(requested) hot stone massage.

The best part is that as the prices are so high the public areas are not overcrowded or noisy. Also if at all possible try and arrive 45 minutes early so that you can make the most of the vitality pool,sanarium,and the Amethyst steam room and the beautiful relaxation area.
