Relatively cheap compared to other cinemas but go when prices are cheaper. It’s not the cleanest cinema but then neither is Prince Charles and I still go there. I try to avoid Saturdays and mass appeal family films as it’ll be packed. Have given this a 3 but really would have been 2 and a half if I had the option

great place to go watch a film loads of screens and nice and clean staff are friendly enough too
This cinema is located within the wood green shopping centre. The cinema is a decent size, it has many screens and has a good service as far as I have experienced but I have noticed that at some times it can be slightly more expensive than the showcase cinema which is on wood green high street depending on which screen the film that you have chosen is on as im guessing some screen are larger than others. It is very clean and has good wheelchair access. The staffs are quite friendly as well from my experience but the food and popcorn prices are high though but that is the case with all cinemas anyway.
I give stars for whether a venue meets the objectives of what it sets out to become. So this might not be the classiest cinema in London, but it is perfect for what it is.
Cheap - I’ve never paid over 4 pound here. (I go off peak) but even full price is less than 7 I think.
Variety - It caters for the mainstream and for teenagers. So can’t complain that the art house isn’t here. But, there are enough screens that I can normally find something.
Behaviour - I HATE talking in the cinema. I have actually found that this place has far more respectful viewers than trendier places you might find in Brixton (the ritzy) or in the west end.
This is a good cinema to go to in the daytime….They do discounted tickets for morning shows, starting from £3, so its the best place I know to go to the cinema that won’t break the bank! Its never been full when Ive gone, and the screens are big, so people can spread out a bit.
The only thing is its a bit tatty and also there tend to be alot of teenagers who do get a bit rowdy sometimes. Personally I think its worth it, as I do feel a bit cheated at other cinemas paying in excess of £10 for 2 hours of my time!
I always go here if there’s something on I’m not sure if I’ll like or not!
