This is the best Takeaway in the WORLD....FACT! Leeds has the most competitive takeaway business in all of the cities I have ever lived in and possibly any I have ever visited. EVERYWHERE will do everything and this place is no different, EVERYWHERE will deliver and this is where this place is different.

Whilst other shops will take your phone call and get on a motorbike or in a car to deliver, the Headingley Fisheries is far too busy dealing with the queue outside its door regardless of the time day or night. It isn't even on the busiest of streets and I used to live round the corner and would ALWAYs have to wait a minute or too to be served. I wouldn't mind as the guys there are super friendly, will give you chips while you wait, the fish is amazing, the doner is good, the chicken doner is very spicy but the sauces compliment well and the burgers are magnificant. Always cooked fresh to order and always cheap and very tasty I personally hold this shop responsible for how fat I am.

That is the ultimate sign of an excellent takeaway when you have it pissed at 2:30am, and go back for breakfast at 11:30am and after uni you visit it for tea at 6pm...love it!
