Have been quite a few times. Must’ve improved a lot. Food has been excellent every time I’ve ate there.

This is quite simply one of the best Chinese restaurants serving dim sum I have been to (and given I go to Hong Kong regularly that is some accolade but deservedly so). My comments relate only to the dim sum but the buffet is first class. Unlike traditionally regarded buffets in this country, all the food is freshly cooked and is brought in good time. The decor of the restaurant does make you feel you are eating in a very posh restaurant until you receive your bill and are very pleasantly surprised if not amazed. And, contrary to the other reviews I have read, the staff have been nothing but polite and humorous to my wife and I. Maybe because we talk to them as friends rather than simply waiters I don't know. Anyway, I cannot praise this place enough.

Originally went here when it was called Fushia, and my partner and i and some chinese friends came here for a meal and we were absolutely Blown away, the food, atmosphere, and service was outstanding!
The surroundings are absolutely stunning, you couldnt ask for a better looking restaurant in which to eat a meal! The food more than easily matched up aswel, the mixed hors D’eouvres to start were the best i have ever had the pleasure of eating, perhaps the best starter i have ever eaten across all cuisines!
The main courses were all beautiful aswell, presented and served immacuatley, with extremly friendly and helpful waiters!
The evening was rounded off perfectly with some delicious and unique desserts!
I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough, it is by far the best chinese i have ever eaten, far better than Dynasty!
This is an absolute dinning treat! a feast for all the senses

It started off well, nice restaurant/decor etc. but as the meal went on we became more and more frustrated. Firstly, missing out items on the order (and eventually bringing it 1 hour 20mins later), slow service, extremely salty and over garlic’d food….. although an eat as much as you can buffet, given the delays between getting food, you don’t really get your fill… and then the cheek of adding a service charge on the end of the bill… I wouldn’t go here again and wouldn’t recommend it either, there are better buffets in Bristol…I would rather go for a takeaway than eat here.

We had a birthday party dinner with many friends for their all you can eat special price. I have to say, the food was surprisingly amazing and delicious!
You can order as much as you want, the only thing is you have to eat it :)
But this will not be a problem.
The service is professional, they very nice and polite and the place looks really posh and beautiful.
Will definetely go back!

I have only eaten at this place once, and I have to say I enjoyed the whole experience. It’s atmosphere, food and quality of service far surpases the price that you pay. In fact, I found it appeared slightly worrying in a money-concious way, as it look way too posh for me! However, I was impressed when the bill came.

We have just been to try their new 'Credit Crunch’ menu, and have to agree with the old saying 'you get what you pay for’. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst eating experiences we have had (even worse than some local takeaways!). The portions were small to the point that even my 3 year old would still feel hungry. Salt and MSG made up the flavours in the food, definitely contradicting their motto of providing a healthy way of eating! In addition, the staff there tried charging us for a couple of glasses of tap water - we understand that they need to make money - we were going to order some coffees - but the staff treated us like beggars even though we were all fairly well dressed! We definitely wil not go back here anymore and would rather spend the money at the local Greggs. Very disappointing!

We went for the Buffet deal and my wife chose the Dim Sum. My wife couldn’t eat some of the Dim Sum that she had chosen as she didn’t like some of the herbs in the meat balls. One of the managers came to our table and rudely leaned over me and lifted up the steamers to check that my wife had finished and then said that we couldn’t have any more food until she had finished it all.
She then repeatedly came to our table and checked the steamers with a stern face. When our bill came we were given a surcharge as she hadn’t finished the dim sung. This is fair enough, there is enough waste in the world after all. What I object to is that we were treated like naughty children and were only informed of the surcharge upon presentation of the bill, which I think is a bit dodgy.
People are entitled to leave food that they haven’t enjoyed.
On the plus side the buffet dishes were good value and the rest of the staff were pleasant enough.

Ordered food from them twice, both times they got the order wrong. First they missed the peanut dip that went with the chicken kebabs. It wasn't a major problem so we did nothing. Second time we ordered the mongolian crispy lamb which is basically the same as peking duck but with lamb instead. On this occasion they only delivered the lamb and the pancake forgetting the cucumber, spring onions and hoi sin sauce. We called immediately, (the driver could only just have left our street) and the person on the end of the phone said it would be with us in 15-20 minutes. Disappointing that by this time the lamb would be cold but were prepared to accept it (even though we live less than a 5 minute walk from the outfit). 20 minues came and went - still no delivery. So we called again. This time we were told that we were never going to get the food in 20 minutes as they had to wait for the driver to get back to check the delivery (as if we would phone up and lie about it) a further 20 minutes on the phone to them and the result was that they werent going to bring any of the missing order and didnt care about our ruined meal or future busines.
Conclusion - dont order food from here unless you want to be disappointed and then treated like a liar and someone whose business doesnt matter. We wont use them again and neither will we ever go their associated restaurant. RUBBISH!
