A sandwich shop offering very yummy sandwiches, on thick sliced bread, with a variety of interesting fillings and great combinations of taste - eg ostrich and special chutney, chicken with avocado and harissa, and much more. They also sell food stuffs imported from South Africa, as the shop itself is run by a South African lady. You can sit in or take away and I highly recommend you to pop in for lunch if you are in the Tollcross area!

I agree with most people that the restaurant doesnt really offer the food i was expecting.but the store has a lot of exotic food from SA and Zim so i do like to pop in to buy some things when i get homesick.but the restaurant is a bit of a disapointment

I would not recommend the restaurant, as it is quite unimaginative and not anything like food I actually ate in South Africa... however, I occasionally visit the deli store as they have lots of SA food to take away for your own dishes: pap, woers sausage, nutrigrain cereal, Mrs Balls Chutney and biltong!
