this is a social place for alot of students. we all met here when football is on and in our free periods. Some of the tables are rubbish they have been used alot and they need replacing. Good to become a member and it is just a social enviroment to meet in.
Snooker gets competetive but always fun at the end of the day.
Would recomend going in the evening a really electric atmosphere.

I play snooker there often. The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is good…and safe! The pool tables are variable, some need recovering, but the worst thing is the dodgy ‘air-conditioning’ in the snooker room which blasts warm air at you…in July!! No real ale, sadly.

This was my Sports bar of choice while I was at university and I can highly recommend it. Open 24/7, which is handy for a student or anyone who has got used to going to bed at strange times! The dimmed lights, big screen and friendly bar staff make this a great location for watching sports events, whether big Premier league games or the wide variety of american events that take place in the small hours of the morning.
