BR1

BR1 is a cool little club based right on the edge of Bromley town centre. To be fair, it is small, but that happens to be half its charm! Downstairs is the club with a dedicated dance floor with raised sitting all around it and a bar just to the side. From the bar you go up to the second level which is a chilled out bar area with comfy sofa and stools. My favourite part of the club is the darkened room, which is just off the upstairs bar area, very low lights with back ground music and candle light walls and tables. The prefect place to start off your night with a bottle of vino and a girly chat!! Drinks in here are surprising cheap considering how trendy and modern it its. Bottles or beer and Smirnoff and such are £2.50 and a glass of large wine… And I mean a Bucket!... Is around £3.20 or a full bottle for about £12. From the dark room there’s a terraced area with benches and heaters for smoking and the music from downstairs is fed out here. They usually have guest DJ’s and mostly funky house, but the have open mick nights, Elvis dedication nights (which really dose not fit in with there theme but whatever goes!!!) during the week… oh and salsa on Wednesday nights! All in all, very good place to start off your night, get you into the swing of things with only a 35 min bus ride into the city.
