East Links is a great day out for the kids and gives the adults loads of space to breath.

This is a lovely place to take the family. It is well worth the drive from Edinburgh.
There are many different animals to see here - cattle, sheep, deer, lamas, donkeys, pigs, horses and many more.
They also have indoor play centre for young children with a bouncy castle, sandpit area and flour milling table. Outdoor you can enjoy the Toboggan Run, a Giant Maze, Pirate Ship (filled with 30 tons of sand, diggers and toddler slides), a Rabbit Warren (large pipes laid into the hillside for the kids to climb into), Horseshoe Pitching, Toy Tractor racing, Go Karts and an Adventure Playground. There's also the Narrow Gauge Railway, which journeys around the farm, and allows you to feed the animals from your carriage.
They have a lovely family-friendly cafe and indoor/outdoor picnic areas. The animals are obviously use to lots of children around them and are happy to be clapped and fed from your hand. You can purchase animal feed for 10p a cup from all around the farm .
