I had 2 photoshoots booked, the first one started well but when it came to viewing the photographs we found the girl showing us photos very rude. We had the last appointment of the day and she kept mentioning that if we are not going to purchase all photos then there is no point her sitting there going through photos. We liked quite a few photos but not all and she said we are being harsh for not liking all photos. How rude is that. She spoiled whole experience for us and I even thought about cancelling second shoot.
But second photoshoot was fantastic experience, we had different lady to show us photos this time and she was so great. She was so patient; she showed us photos few times, didn't push us to purchase all photos.
All in all mixed experience.

Great to hear :)
On the day of the shoot I was extremely nervous, but the receptionist was very kind and friendly (though wasn't aware of my appointment). Unfortunately looking through the promo-folder it turned out Pierre Lamond does not specialize in vintage, in fact appeared to specialize in photos focusing on ladies' crotches with lots of flesh and lingerie showing. This just made me more nervous.
My make-up was great, fabulous 50’s red lips and false eye lashes, (though the voucher indicated I would receive a facial or cleanse/tone/moisturise and this didn’t happen).
Then came the hair……..I was told I couldn’t have a vintage set the way I’d chosen as they only did “dry sets” and what I wanted had to be done as a “wet set” (I found out later this isn’t true). I was SO nervous and the hair lady got really upset and my hair ended up looking like spaghetti with a matted clump or growth on top of my head. It was a disaster, I couldn’t wear any of the dresses I’d bought especially for the shoot as it was no longer “vintage” and then the photographer spent the whole shoot on his mobile, not at all interested in getting creative or having fun.
Saddest of all, there were some beautiful poses (my suggestions as I was trying to avoid crotch shots at all costs) that were ruined because of the matted clump on my head (it collapsed halfway through, looking even worse than to begin with). Also annoying was that without asking me some photos were taken in black and white which are useless for the purposes I was using them for and completely unnecessary as with photoshop one touch of a button and you can get b&w if you really want it. Probably, for me, the worst of all was that I asked to have my photos without any air-brushing, but not only did they airbrush my face to within an inch of its life, they also elongated my face to make it allegedly look better, I had self image issues already, now decided I need therapy.......
I learnt my lesson, to research properly before purchasing a voucher again.
I would like to mention that the staff tried hard to be nice (hence the 2 stars versus zero), they just didn’t know what to do when things went wrong (changing appointments at last minute and not showing up when promised or having someone on the verge of tears after getting their hair done) - a normal customer service practice would be to follow up, I did put down all of this feedback on their feedback form, but never heard back.

Great to hear you had a fun experience. Delays can often occur, thank you for your understanding. We hope to see you again.
Therefore, don't bother with their finance option as it will destroy your finance score around you without anybody telling you and oh the company they place you under is called 'Paladin'. Refuse for finance options straight away and avoid the damage altogether. As no-one kindly told me I am now going to seek further advice from legal sources to see what I can do about this mishap and make sure that it does not happen again!
Otherwise the photos were ok on a positive side I guess, but i agree with others and the fact of pressure from the staff. It's like they were there just to palm you off onto one another and then push you out the door again.

Phone contracts or gym memberships aren’t handled under debt management companies, they would however tell you first before taking the contract out that they were first debt management companies to enable the use of these ‘flexible payments’. On the other hand yes the individual is responsible for the repayments and I have never missed a payment (That’s that one cleared up).
P.S - please find someone else to handle the viewing process though, it's a key part of the experience.

My friend and I got this as a voucher from groupon - we had a friendly welcome, nice makeup artists, the photos were quite nice but way too pricey, and during viewing + payment, the lady put my friend and I under so much pressure to quickly decide and select a "package" and spread payment over 12 or 24 months - and she kept repeating we were keeping her from her next clients just because we wanted to think about it for a while - I mean £1000+ for 24 photos is a lot of money and definitely deserves some thought. Awful customer service.
I do not think I would come again to Pierre Lemond nor recommend it to friends. And the photos are way too expensive compared to others I have been to.

Thank you and glad you had fun.
The make up artists at the shoot were very experienced and made me look beautiful! The photographer was very professional and helpful when it came to doing the right poses. Although I thought I would be uncomfortable, he made me feel at ease. Some of the poses he advised me to do seem to be very bold and rigid however the pictures came out soo natural which I was extremely impressed about. The quality of the pictures and the effects are absolutely amazing!!
I do feel however that at the viewing stage that its quiet time-pressured and so it becomes a bit frustrating when choosing the perfect shots especially when they are so many of them. I feel that they could proberly take more time on this aspect of the shoot. The lady at the viewing stage does rush you abit which is quite the inevitable when they are soo many clients waiting, but I do think that everything else was perfect and only for this reason I have had to give it 4.5/5
Overall I would really recommend anyone to Pierre Lemond, and I was thoroughly happy with the shoot and the pictures, I would come back again!! :)

At first I was nervous but I was soon put at ease by the host James, I really don't like to take photos and the guy who was taking my photos made me feel super comfortable. He had a vision on what I wanted for my photos and really helped me achieve the look I wanted. Great place, friendly people. All of them are funny, just in case you think you won't laugh. I got my photos earlier than expected which was a nice surprise.

If their cheeky tactic is how they want to get the business done I do not want to deal with them ever again and will certainly not recommend it to anyone. A false smile is certainly not going to get them anywhere in the end!

I had gone with the hope that I would do a bikini shot but was unsure as to whether I would.. the photographer made me feel so at ease that I did it even though I am actually quite shy and I was so pleased with the results! It felt very unintimidating.
My hair is as flat as a pancake but the hair lady managed to give me the ultimate in big hair which lasted all day and night..and my make up was exactly what I asked for 60s drama!
When I saw the photos I was stunned, I would have loved to have got more and I totally think it was worth every penny...the guy that showed my photos was totally unpushy and lovely and gave me really good advice on which ones to choose. I felt like a film star..the music was blaring and all the staff were absolutely so much fun.
I would go back in a heartbeat and can't wait to..by far one of the best mornings out I have had in a long time, and the sangria was delicious! What a fab bunch I totes recommend ALL of them.

My makeup artist was a lot of fun and really went to town on my vintage look I was going for. I thought I’d like around 2 or 3 pictures but when I saw them I was surprised how good they came out. You don't have to go overboard and buy them all, I bought 12 that's enough for me and they're all slightly different. I recommend bringing plenty of outfits that way if you are unsure what to wear you can always ask when in the studio. My only regret I didn't bring my sexy underwear!
