This is a fantastic place a friend brought me too during my visit in camberwell. It has a great atmosphere and feel about the place. The staff are friendly and smiley which makes a big difference.
The Cafe has free wi-fi during morning and afternoon hours which is ideal if you want to pretend to work! The design of the upstairs is well thought out with big green lights and wooden floors making a great homely but stylish look. There is a art gallery downstairs, oh and forgot to mention the coffee is great. I would recommend this little gem if you are in the area.

This is a small, cosy cafe. They have a small seating area with sofas, which makes it a nice place to relax with a coffee and a good friend. The menu is healthy and delicious and they offer quite unique sandwich filling combinations, as well as homemade cakes and biscuits. They make food fresh to order. In the basement, they have a gallery, which I didn’t look at when I went in as I didn’t have time. This place has quite a personal and unique feel to it. They could do with a little bit more seating space, but then it wasn’t particularly busy when I went in on a Saturday lunch time.

This is Camberwell’s gem both in terms of the cafe and the sneaky gallery tucked in the basement. The cafe serves freshly made sandwiches, salads, hot soup and homemade cakes and smoothies at excellent prices. The staff are all friendly and helpful and it has a really nice atmosphere. It is small, so can’t always accomodate large groups, but that is its only downfall. The gallery often showcases the work of local artists, and often work by the students from the local art college, and is always worth a visit. The cafe’s large front window is also included in the gallery space, so some wonderful and bizarre things can be seen peering through the glass at times!

This is a lovely little cafe with a gallery downstairs on Camberwell Church Street. It has everything going for it and I hope it thrives. It does takeaway sandwiches and eat-in meals including paninis, breakfast baskets, homemade soups, salads and freshly squeezed juices.

The service is always with a smile and I feel very relaxed and at home here. There are papers and free magazines, along with couches and tables. Helpfully there is a well kept toilet too, as there are often mothers with children in here mid morning or mid afternoon.

Sandwiches from £2.50; pot of tea from £1.20; soup £3.75; cakes from 80p.
