This is a rather nice bar - when i was there it was pretty much to capacity in terms of seats yet it didnt feel crowded at all. There were plenty of very helpful barstaff. Drinks were pretty cheap - you wont get much cheaper without going somewhere much less classy!
The Pizza’s though it has to be said are just amazing! A GREAT choice with very unusual toppings that work brilliantly. Fairly cheap - but a bargain if you consider how super they taste!

I agree with the review below but just to add, since that was written, they have had a complete refurb and now have Nintendo Wii's and PS3 for use by customers.

The Pizza's are better than any main pizza chain I have been to and they have deals on Tuesday, Pizza and glass of wine for £5 and I think on a thursday its 2 pizzas for the price of 1.

Great place to go before you hit the clubs

This is a bar at the Mail Box in Birmingham with a great cocktails list.
At first glance, the decor isn't anything great, but after being in there for a while, the buzzing atmosphere takes over and puts you at ease.
The cocktails range from the classic cocktails to speciality cocktails and are around £4.50 each for the glass, with the option of a pitcher for some of the drinks. However, during the happy hour, it is two for the price of one. They are very well made and any delay in service is made up for by the quality of the cocktails.
They also have a wood fired oven which they make their wood fired pizzas on, which are also really delicious. They also have a day of the week (either tues or thurs) where the pizzas are two for the price of one.
This is a great place to go before a night out, or just to relax in the evenings with a tasty drink with your friends.
