Rush Tottenham Court Road

Getting my hair done in rush Tottenham court road was a pleasure. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and the salon was very clean and tidy. It was a lovely and relaxing place to get my hair done and ill definitely be going back 

Very good haircut and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I'll be returning for all my future haircuts. One happy customer here. :-)

It's not bad! I go here 1st time . and had a  really good experience here. 

Had a really good experience here.  I hadn't been to a hairdresser in 5 months because I was really trying to grow my slow moving hair and I've had bad experiences with hairdressers who hack my hair up or cut it too short. I went to Rush on a 50% off for new customers deal, which was a bargain. I had a stylist names Roman who sat down with me to listen to what I had to say. He then explained what he planned to do, and why he was going to cut my hair a certain way, so that I was happy with what he had in mind. 

The wash was good, the girl gave me lots of options all the way through, such as how many shampoos did I want, conditioning or if I wanted any special treatments.  She didn't push any products I didn't want which was a relief. The head massage was brief which suited me as I was on my lunch break.

Roman cut my hair efficiently and exactly as he said he would - no nasty surprises. He was chatty but not too much so as to lose focus. I left with a lovely haircut exactly what I'd asked for and will definitely be going back again.  Full price it's probably not the cheapest option but now I know I can trust Rush I'm willing to pay, plus as it's central London I think the price is probably reasonable.

Awful experience – Don’t do it!! Rude staff and not a clue when it comes to hair! I’m not a happy customer and they dont even deserve the one star!! :(

Disgraceful!!!!

I went there when they were empty, sat waiting for 15 mins when my stylist strolled passed me and started to serve customers off the street products.

I then approached the till to explain i hadn’t time to wait when it was indicated to me that the woman serving products was my stylist.

We then went to the chair and she sat next to me (which I did not see the need for as i already explained I had to get on with the cut) on proceeding the conversation it came to light she could not even do a simple cut and shape up and a fade.

She did try to get someone else but I simply replied I had no time left and that is why i made it clear on the phone when booking my appointment what I actually wanted ( which clearly made no difference)

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

pefect place to pop into while xmas shopping but be warned its always full so book inadvance. polite and friendly instore

I have been twice to Rush and have had both good and the worse experience with my hair.

Had a great colour, so went back for my next one. I then got talked into getting a cut because my ends need a trim, bla bla.. although I first said no, I then insisted that I was growing my hair and so didn't want to cut out more than 1 inch as it takes for EVER to grow. She heard very well but still cut all my layers off at least 3 inches with no sense of style and removed all the volume that I had been growing for months! It's been 4 weeks and it still looks awful - I feel like crying..

I then called to complain explaining that the girl did not do what I asked for and although the manager was understanding and offered me a free treatment and a blow dry...it does not quite make for the fact that I have paid for a cut I hate and that I now have to wait 3 months for my hair to grow back!

This is the worse hair cut I've had. I would really not advise cutting your hair at Rush Tottenham Court Road - hairdressers there clearly have no clue what they are doing! Good Coffee but really you can get it somewhere else..

This recent addition to the Rush empire opened at the end of 2009 and I was lucky enough to squeeze in a visit on the penultimate day of their opening offer of 50% off (not a bad start).

Things went from good to great when I was cheerily greeted and offered a choice of complimentary drink, including beer, wine and PROPER COFFEE!

Using a new stylist is always a bit of a gamble, but this one paid off and I walked away with a spring in my step and bounce in my hair, having obtained a cut exactly exactly how I wanted.

They lost a star as the head massage wasn't up to the usual Rush standard, but other than that, I was impressed.

The decor is cool and modern, the spacious interior is much less cramped than some of their other premises and the staff all seemed very friendly and polite; with not the faintest whiff of attitute.

2 other plus points, just in case you needed any more persuasion... you get 50% off your next cut if you reccommend someone AND free fringe trims for existing customers.
