Had a minute in your hotel over a month ago, loved the services, polite staffs.

Great hotel,was there a few months ago,services off great standard ,staffs very polite.well recommended.

After a bit of a glitch regarding our reservation (and a very professional recovery) we were very impressed by this hotel. The room was very good, the bed comfortable and the facilities first-class. We never did work out all the features on the shower but, that apart, the room was good.

Breakfast was very tasty, although the service was a bit below par.

Stayed here for a wedding, pleasant hotel with large rooms and excellent front of house staff, no complaints other than the breakfast dept needs work. Service is slightly disorganised and the food on the greasy side, room for improvement.

Just a beautiful Hotel,very classy, the bedlinen is pure white and so very clean,the bed very comfortable, bathroom was large and well equipt,The room had everything you would need on your stay. and the bonus is you can open the windows!! which you can’t do in many other new hotels in liverpool, wonderful hense the 5 stars

This hotel is quite simply FANTASTIC, complete luxury, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They even made me a cheeseboard to go with my wine when I stumbled in drunk at 3 in the morning! The rooms are stunning and a nice location. Fantastic value for money at £160ish for a double room. A similar hotel in london would cost you double.

Fab fab fab! Another wonderful boutique hotel. We were upgraded on arrival and got a gorgeous suite complete with fabulous big bath and dinner-plate sized shower head, and even a separate upstairs “lounge” area with views over the city. We spent the afternoon relaxing in the luxury of the room, watching DVDs on the enormous flat-screen TV, before enjoying a night out in Liverpool. The next day we had a full English breakfast delivered to our room - it was fresh and hot and delicious, and delivered swiftly. I also thought the price of the hotel was very fair for the quality, and you’re actively encouraged to take the REN toiletries home with you - another bonus!

All the sheets are heavy, sumptuous cotton and the beds are huge, with feather-light warm duvets. Everything you can think of is supplied, from bath robes to fresh apples. Perfect.

Luxury! I was upgraded by 2 room classes on arrival for my stay from the standard room to a suite of about double the size I was expecting. Total luxury, lovely HUGE bed, great bathroom. Expensive but look out for special deals on the website - www.hopestreethotel.co.uk

This holtel is immense. There is nothing wrong with this place. The rooms are perfectly decorated and the whole experience from when you enter is a pleasure. The staff seem very well trained and cater for all your needs in a professional manner. The room service is good and the room entertainment is good also. It is pricey but you get what you pay for - luxury and comfort.

Wow, this boutique hotel is absolutely breathtaking. Despite the fact that Liverpool is not known for its hotels, the Hope Street Hotel is one of a number of companies who are going about changing that.

This is safely one of the top 5 hotels I have ever stayed in. Located in Liverpool's Georgian quarter, The Hope Street Hotel has won numerous awards and is truly unique.

From wood floors to chrome and glass, everything is so tastefully done and the staff are intent on making your stay as pleasurable as possible.

Oh, and Condoleezza Rice stayed here on her recent trip to the UK - if it's good enough for the US Secretary of State then it's good enough for me!

This hotel is perfect for exploring Liverpool (the most up and coming UK city) or merely having a lazy weekend in your opulent room! The rooms come with flat panel TVs, DVD players, large baths and showers and internet!

Finally, located just under the hotel is The London Carriageworks restaurant which serves excellent food - but that is another story all together!
