Have been twice over the last two years.
Once to see Sway in 2009, which was a great gig, good support, good DJ's as well. The ticket was only £3 for the night which included a free Southern Comfort and mixer and also entry to the club night afterwards. Absolute bargain.
By far the best gig of 2010 was for Arrested Developement. Golden Age Hip - Hop legends. Great set and great night. This band could easily sell out arenas back in the US
Good atmosphere and no trouble either which you might normaly associate with the kind of music scene. They are really onto a winner with the night.
The concert was awesome!!! However was throw out, because I thought I was in the smoking area. But told me I had left the venue, bought another ticket off a guy just to get back in. However the bouncer didn't like me very much so even with a ticket he didn't want me.
I WILL NEVER GO TO TUESDAY CLUB EVER AGAIN!!!
I then sneaked through security and got back on to hear this awesome dirty dubstep!!!
Fantastic sound, great and diverse offering of live music and illustrious DJs and MCs. Only the Valve Sound System can beat 'em. Check out the Events page to get a taster of what's on offer: http://www.shef.ac.uk/union/TTC/events.html
Too bad for the working lot, though, that it's only on Tuesday nights – so you'll be knackered the next day at work.
