Polo Ralph Lauren

Absolutely disgusted with the service. Ralph Lauren have a store lacking in customer service.  I visited Nov '12 , nothing I wanted was in stock, they didn't even try and source from another store. I had lots of bags from a days shopping and there was no facility to put the bags to one side whilst I do my shopping.  The security guard looks at you up and down when you enter the shop, he did it with all the other customers. The staff are rude and arrogant.  Half the staff seem to be foreign and on various occasions whilst I was in the shop I heard them talking in their own language (whether it be German etc) which made me feel very uneasy. It is a shop in Mayfair, London so have the good manners of speaking English when you are in the UK.

It is a shame that PRL have a shop with terrible customer service. If the MD of Customer Service for UK wants some tips I would be available to give some.


I will NEVER return to this shop. It is horrible. I buy PRL because of quality not to be classed as a "piece of worthless shit on the floor".

Avoid at all costs, it is certainly not an appetizing experience.

Ive never disliked any of there new range of clothes trainers or anything they have ever released very reasonable price range that they sale there clothes for and other items they sale also the staff are very polite and helpful you can also find ralph lauren in most big shopping centres in london its good for birthday presents or gifts.
