Rocking atmosphere. Good music (open mic night) and yummy noodles. Gets very busy. Could do with a clean and avoid the loos but still worth going for the buzz alone:)

I was at mr. wolfs last night and it was open mic night. The place is great for a late night drink and some chatting. The food looked amazing and we had tapas to go along with the drinks (free! the tapas not the drinks). Very young crowd but lively. Central location and the drinks weren’t too badly priced.

A breath of fresh air for Bristol city centre when it opened (7 or 8 years ago?) and provided something different for the lunch crowd, and it just keeps getting better.
The lunch-time food offering that first drew me in has never relented in its quality - fresh, simple ingredients, well-cooked, at great prices - and the expansion of the venue and the gradual move into evening entertainment has worked well, drawing in a vibrant crowd a far cry from a lot of what’s otherwise available in the area.
Other reviews that knock entrance charges and steep prices are fair enough, but you get what you pay for, and this is certainly worth paying for.

We not call it 'the good old reliable Mr Wolfs', because that's exactly what it is. With a fine selection of funky fresh and old time beats, this late night bar is without a doubt one of the most popular more underground bars in the city. Lots of dancing, lots of smiles, Mr Wolfs is the old reliable.

One of my favourite music venues in Bristol, Mr Wolfs, is small, dark and a little grotty - everything a good music venue should endeavour to live up to. This popular music bar is open until late, offering drinks, live music and noodles!

Mr Wolf's is a flamboyant social outing, perfect for seeing some great live music and DJs. It is the creme de la creme for local acts. Good tasty noodles with a variety of different recipes, and variations. Great atmosphere, cosy but with a dance floor to get your groove on. At the weekend jam packed so be prepared for the crush.

Mr Wolfs reminds me of the apres ski environment. It has an ecliptic mix of people that ooze a range of styles and coolness.

The food is great, the drink good and of course the live music kicks you, slaps you, lifts you and entertains.

Relax and get in...

Mr. Wolfs is one of the best places in Bristol for three reasons:

1. Lots of Live music, there seems to always be something happening there!

2. Late opening, whatever time you roll out of the nearest club you can pretty much always depend on Mr. Wolfs to be open and full of interesting people.

3. Noodles!

Mr Wolf's can get a bit crammed sometimes due to its enduring popularity. This is mostly due to thedecent food and great music they have there, including the "Devil Kick's Dance Hall" cabaret on Thursdays and a very friendly open mic on a Wednesday, hosted by Jonah Flatfoot of brilliant local band, the Zen Hussies.

Beware of entrance charges, however, and expensive drink prices.
