La Tasca is a Spanish Style bar/restaurant. It has a really good selection of Tapas but it is a little expensive. Its a good place to go with a group of friends so you can share lots of different dishes.

Nice place. Food tastes good, service is good. Just a bit expensive for its portion. But I guess most European food are like this?

This Spanish style tapas bar and restaurant on the Triangle is a great place for parties. It has two huge floors of dining tables and is cheerfully decorated in a Hispanic rustic style. Weekends are extremely lively and the place radiates fun and fiesta. Their tapas selection features traditional plates of olives, tortilla, chorizo, pan de ajo (garlic bread), paella, chicken, calamares and salad. I find this a good place for a large group of people as all different appetites can be accommodated and it's all part of the fun to sample and share the myriad dishes.

The pre-ordered party menus offer a selection of tapas and paellas which can take the stress out of choosing on the night. There's a choice of three menus, the Sevillano, Valenciano and Madrileno and for their price offer an extensive range of mouth watering meals. There are a few vegetarian choices, but as in the Motherland, chicken, seafood and pork dishes are featured heavily. The bar menu has a fine choice of Spanish beers and wines but for the authentic party experience, I enjoy the jugs of sangria, especially with extra Cava sparkle. Salud!

'Never-ending tapas at lunch for a tenner' was one of these recent deals. Unfortunately the restaurant and the staff sabotaged this 'deal' by delaying the service of further plates when asked to speed up service. Obviously the restaurant has a quota of customers to serve and the deal was a good one, but they should not have highlighted a deal if they were not prepared to deliver upon it.
The food was not fantastic but it was the surly and often unobtainable service that has let this restaurant down
