Jeunesse - Laser, Skin and Beauty Clinic

As soon as you walk in you can see its a nice clean salon. However I was greeted by a receptionist that hardly knew anything about the treatments and another therapist who could hardly speak any English. I came in for a facial expecting a thorough 5 star experience as promised and got the complete opposite I felt as if the treatment was rushed and the therapist must of just come off her break as she stank of cigarette smoke. I will not be coming back for a facial but may consider going back for the laser treatments. Would rather pay a little more and get a good facial done somewhere more professional.

Absolutely fantastic salon, the owner and other therapists really take the time to sit down and talk to you about treatments (especially laser hair removal). I was anxious about my treatment but my mind was really set at ease!

Really good Facials, Skin Peels and Laser.  I have been using this clinic for a number of years & have no hesitation in referring my friends too!

 I was really disappointed by the whole salon experience at Jeunesse. As soon as I walked through the door I was met with 3 miserable receptionists/beauticians, not one of them smiled or said hello... and when the receptionist did talk- she sounded as if she was telling you off!

I had an eyelash extension there and I can't stress enough how disappointing it was. 

One eye had more eyelashes than the other, they weren't spaced evenly, they were carelessly put on and compared to places I've been elsewhere, they're well over-priced for the end result. They absolutely are not worth the £65 price tag. When I complained that they don't seen full or even, they said 'oh we can't put more on than that'. Well every other salon you go to that offers this treatment actually class 25-30 lashes per eye as only a half set so how can you justify charging £65 for what is basically 16 lashes per eye? 

It doesn't look good, it doesn't look natural and it's just done for the sake of offering the service in the salon - not by someone who actually knows what looks good, or has a eye for detail or an flair for beauty treatments. It was like any old tom,dick or harry came off the street and stuck some things on to my eye.

If you want beautiful lashes that look natural and full, go elsewhere, there are lots of other places that offer it and by doing my own research - more a much more reasonable price. 

I didn't want to leave a bad review but I feel like the salon didn't care that I was unhappy with the end result and that I paid for something I'm just going to have removed in a couple of days.
