As a PT I find Penny to be fantastic. She has a great method of sharing her knowledge and helping me to understand what is going on, and what I need to do to achieve the results I am after. The depth of her knowledge seems to be limitless, and her ability to pass this information on in a simple and fun way makes every session enjoyable.
From my sessions with Penny, she has also given me a wealth of information in nutrition and general health. Her expertise covers many areas!
I highly recommend Penny to anyone, as you will be rewarded with a great PT experience, along with the benefits of her vast general health and fitness knowledge!
I’ve worked with Penny for several weeks. I don’t have much experience of personal trainers but she strikes me as an extremely good one. She has an original approach which she puts across in a friendly and fun way, and takes care to assess and evaluate existing difficulties before recommending exercises. She has helped me a lot with weight loss, flexibility, and strength, and these improvements are continuing. Strongly recommended.
I have worked with Penny for more than 3 years. She is without question the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with - she is highly competent, adaptable to circumstances (e.g. a hangover) and unfailingly good humoured.
She’s the only person I know who can make pain fun….
Penny is a great attentive trainer. She is very sensitive to your needs, without overwhelming you with the pressure of your goals. I have found her to be a clam motivational force, when implementing her dietary plans for you.
I have been under her guidance for a month now and find her to be strong, determined, but not threatening. She is unlike most Personal Trainers where by you don’t feel intimidated by her physical strength, jut inspired.
