Space Invaders are an international movement rather than a single artist. Look around carefully in London and all over the place you’ll spot mosaic pictures of Space Invaders, varying in size from a few inches to several feet.

The location I’ve put on the map is my favourite example. It’s a black and yellow picture of a Space Invader and CCTV camera. The colour and style imitate actual CCTV warning notices. Its location is also appropriate: the currently vacant shop it’s on used to sell bathroom/building/plumbing supplies and fittings, including tiles. It’s on the side of the building: you’ll see it as you walk towards Liverpool Street.
