THE BIG ONE! need i say more although there is plenty more to add! the rides are fantastic, for adults & kids there is so much to enjoy! the gift shops are expensive & so is the food but you can always head out of the park to eat & come back even if you buy a wrist band as it is valid all day.
where sensible shoes for chasing the kids from one ride to the next & dont take anything you cant take onto a ride & you will be fine, there are limited lockers & you will be really luck to find an empty one.
leave the valhalla to last if its not a really sunny day as you get totaly soaked but dont leave it out it’s fab!
before you visit check the pleasure beach website as they usually have an offer for discounted wrist bands if you buy online. or in the months coming to the summer keep an eye out iin your local paper for vouchers for dicounted or bogoff wrist bands. Also check ebay! we got vouchers off there that someone had collected from their paper & we all got in for 1/2 price, quite a saving as there are 5 of us! don’t be embarrassed of using vouchers either! we weren’t , half the price but all the fun!!

Three simple words make this place visiting. The. Big. One.
Bonkers high rollercoaster (I think it was the highest in Europe, possibly even the world at one point?). If you don’t regularly do ‘thrill’ rides, like me, then be prepared to have the bejesus scared out of you. Very very high, very very fast and very vary frightening! That said, when you reach the end unscathed there is a Teletubbie in all of us that will shout, ‘again, again!’.
The rest of the park is not without its other attractions. One of the best was the Ghost attraction (I won’t spoil it for you!).
Lots of places to get food and drink and actually pretty good for a UK amusement park.

A great family day out.
There are enough different types of rides to satisfy any member of your family. There simple kids rides, ghost trains, immediate roller-coasters and then a few big coasters!
The best thing about it, is that everything is within easy walking distance. So unlike places like Alton Towers, you can easily walk one end of the park to the other in little over 15 mins.
The pay-per-ride OR wristbands makes it a perfect place to visit for an hour or two or for the whole day.
In addition to the park itself, the surrounding area is jammed with other entertainments and food outlets. Its also a short walk to all the famous Blackpool piers and only 5-10min drive up into the main part of town.

Free entry amusement park with a fantastic new chic feel. Not only are the bigger rides fantastic - try Valhalla, Big One, Bling and of course newest ride Infusion - but you can find some beautiful little spots to sit with a drink and a snack without having to eat junk food. I particularly recommend the champagne and oyster bar, and the coffe shop close to the beautiful carousel.
