The Tan Stand, Edinburgh

Can i say that i use the tan stand up in newington every week for one session of 15 mins the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is only one comment the staff have to make sure that every time that a person comes out the booth then the staff have to go in and spray the floor down with some sort of disinfectant as for the last 4 weeks now i have come out with a bazooka on my feet. I can only put it down to going in there stand up sun beds as i do not take my shoes or socks of in public anywhere else.

Standard tanning studio, with upright and lie-down beds and various fake tan options. The price is very reasonable and the staff are very pleasant. It's a very functional place - quick in and out, which I like. no fuss.

A 5 minute session in on of the bed starts at just over two pounds, which is reasonably well priced. Attached to the tan salon is a small beauty practice run by Alison, who is one of the friendliest beauty therapists I have come across. She makes all her clients feel completely at ease and she offers a range of beauty services at very affordable prices (eyebrow wax £5, Brazillian wax £8) Make an appointement early, because appointment times fill up fast!
