We've had two parties at Chocolate By Design, and there's a gorgeous scent of chocolate there as soon as you step in the shop. I had one party for my 14 year old daughter, and one for my 5 year son which proves that it caters for all ages, old and young! It's both educational about the making of chocolate, but fun in a interactive way. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a unique experience for a party, after all no-one can resist chocolate!

My daughter had her 9th brthday party here and it was AMAZING. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There were 14 children who all had a fantastic time and ate a large amount of delicious chocolate! The party food was top class (no curled up sandwiches and bits of dry beefburger or chicken nuggets here!). My daughter also received a chocolate skull that she made herself and also a canvas with all her friends names written in chocolate.
Not the cheapest place to have a kids party but it was worth every penny. All the children went home with a big smile on their faces with several of them saying it was the best party they'd ever been to!
Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing just returned from my daughters 7th birthday party, brilliant staff that go that extra mile. Never seen someone hold children's attention and what fun they had. Looking for a fab time then this is the place .
A definite must for all chocolate lovers .

We worked with Chocolate by design on Choctail classes (chocolate and cocktail classes) and their Proffessional and friendly approach was nothing short of stunning! The people who came to the class were absolutely blown away by the chocolate making and I was blown over by their deep knowledge and understanding of chocolate as well as their style for design. What a wonderful company and I look forward to doing many more Choctail classes in the future.

Brilliant shop.

Quite new to Chesterfield too.

The chocolates are reasonably cheap, and I come here whether it be for just one piece of chocolate or for a big cake! The staff are very friendly. The shop could do with expanding, but hopefully if they have more business they will expand in the future!

I ordered my daughters 18th birthday cake from Chocolate by design and wow its stunning in fact its better than stunning its amazing
the whole experience from fisrt going into order the cake to even having it carried to the car was second to none I cannot thank or praise the staff highly enough for their help
I also ordered some chocolate football items from here as well for a chocoholic football mad 21 year old and yes they were amazing as well
am I impressed by this shop and its staff you bet I am will I be using them again you bet I will

Most amazing chocolate experience ever!
Not only do they sell Hand-made. Belgian Chocolates they do parties for adults and Kids!
Leave your youngsters for a fun filled couple of hours of chocolate making and entertainment.
