Mount Royal Ramada Jarvis

The restuarant of the Ramada must have one of the most stunning views of any- it's wonderful to have lunch looking out across the Princes Street gardens (currently so festive with the ice rink, German market and ferris wheel) up to the Castle. I'd particularly recommend their afternoon tea, with sandwiches, cakes, and scones, which is truly delicious and very reasonably priced for the location.

The Ramada is a very handy hotel right on Princess Street amidst the buzz of the city centre. It is not too pricey for it's quality and location. Rooms are very clean and rather modern with fantastic views of sites such as Edinburgh Castle.
