what can i say, its a good shop but is expensive for the quality you are getting especially the shoes.

having said that i cant stop shopping in it…

I quite like River Island... I know its getting a little young for me now and i know I shouldnt but I just somehow cannot resist popping in for a look every now and then...

They have really fantastic shoes and I know its not something you would often associate with river island but they are always really different and fab and still at high street prices... Having said that I love love love their handbags as well, theres always something leopard print - maybe its the Pat Butcher in me trying to get out...

A brilliant place for accessories and the prices arent too steep either...

River Island is one of those clothing stores, which I seldom visit. Generally speaking, I find their range poor compared to the Topman on the same street.

However, on the occassion I’ve been in the store I’ve found the staff to be friendly if rather shy. As mentioned, the range of clothing in terms of brands and labels may not satisfy some people’s hardcore fashionable desire, but it does encompass enough that you’re likely to find something you like.

In terms of price, this is where I feel River Island truly begins to shine. By comparison, River Island is considerably cheaper than other clothing stores in Edinburgh such as USC, All Saints and Topman, as well as having reasonably regular sales throughout the season - where of course prices get slashed.

Location-wise, it’s great. Situated just on Prince’s Street, it’s within the hub of activity of Edinburgh’s busiest shops.

All in all, River Island is a good, reasonably fashionable, cheap store, which is certainly worth a look.

River Island is one of my favourite clothing stores that I like to visit. This store is large and sells a range of Men clothing as well as womens. I like the up to date modern designs on the clothes, they could make mens designs more interesting instead of plain white tops and black v-neck tops. I really like the shoe range as for it is modern looking and unique. The prices of the clothes is rather expensive, like a t-shirt could be 25.00 pounds for a plain white top, which isn’t really worth it. But sometimes they have nice items, depending on the season. The quality I would say is good.

River Island in Edinburgh is a rather large store and contais a lot of different style clothing. The prices of the clothes is reasonable to pricey depending on the item itself and a lot of going out party looking clothing. They do sell some like looking handbags and the store not only sells womens clothing they sell mens too. I defintely think they have upgraded the shop in the sense that it looks modern and appealing for the younger generation people. I would say they are a nice store and sell some good items. Worth the visit for buying clothes.

Not a huge fan of this store. The sales associates are quite unhelpful and snobbish. The clothes are far too trendy and can be quite tacky. Haven’t really bought anything from this store

Goof quality shop that is up to date with all the latest fashions. products can all be found and bought online at www.riverisland.co.uk/ Clothes are all correctly priced and everything is off good quality.

Love river island but i think it would benefit most people if they lowered the price of their products, particularly the jewelerry.

River island is all ways high in fashion. I love the clothes in this shop and the bags are great aswel. it’s rather expensive for what you get but it’s still good . they do small jean sizes aswel which is good as am little

River Island is a fantastic shop. You can be guaranteed that when you go to this shop that they are in with all the latest trends. The clothes are of good quality. This shop is a lovely shop also, very bright, and the staff are very nice and friendly. They have a mens department and a womens department, and the shop is always very busy.

I love RI. It has all the current fashion trends and is reasonable.

There is always a good selection and plenty stock so you can almost always get your size.

River Island is one of the UK's most recognisable high-street brands. It caters for men and women, and has a wide variety of fashion - from a male perspective, there is both the smart and casual look to choose from.

River Island is a reasonable store, which certainly has some nice styles. However, it lacks real star quality and, given that it is hardly the cheapest of stores, it is not somewhere I would shop at on a regular basis.

It tends to be good for smart trousers and suit jackets. On the downside, their jeans and shirts, for example, hardly set my pulse racing.

Is one of my favourite shop for clothes. the style is nice and is not too expensive. You can fine formal dress and causual and really really nice shoes, boots and bags
