awesome place .great peices of furniture ticks every box apart from it does not have a pool. try the wood burning pizza oven. i loved it and i dont like pizza.

This is a very Posh and lovely hotel, it has warm and friendly staff and was a pleasure to be in i would go again.

always a must stop in a crawl in exeter, normally i go there with work colleagues and is a very nice contemporary place with comfortable seating and a nice bar area.

I have only been to Kino’s but it’s outstanding. The cocktails are stunning and they are made to perfection. Such a mixture of people are in the bar so the atmosphere is great. Music is great - generally jazz and it goes with the place. Lots of little places to sit and be intimate with friends.

Excellent city centre venue with car parking. Used to be the Eye hospital. Nicely converted into cool hotel. Good for meetings and restaurant serves really good food and relaxed sunday lunches. The restaurant also has jazz on some days and special events like themed dinners and wine tasting. Also has a chilled cocktail bar but with typical 21st century cocktail prices!

in city centre with lots to do, great night out, great shopping and great food, staff are really friendly

I love Hotel Barcelona, can I say it again? I really LOVE Hotel Barcelona. This love affair started shortly after I glimpsed its forbidding facade at the end of my road in St Leonards, and I realised this was my local. The accommodation side of the complex consists of gorgeous retro styled rooms, there is also a stylish restaurant and best of all, downstairs is Kino's, the cocktail bar..

Kino's is decorated in a mixture of gentleman's club, retro cocktail bar and cabaret nightclub. All of the belle monde of Exeter go there to sip on beautifully presented and original cocktails (at £5 or £6 a pop you only want to sip) and to chat. You might find a literary group arguing plots in one corner, a pair of lovers with fingers entwined in another, and a jazz fiend humming along to the tunes at the bar.

There is sometimes live music and dancing and the dance hall can be hired for private parties. So get your glad rags on, and visit this unique place. I have never been anywhere like it.
