We went there on a Friday evening with four people and without a reservation, but we were lucky. The staff was very friendly and the service was prompt and perfect. On the menu they have a broad variety of dishes with good descriptions of what you should expect. We had papaya salad as a starter and that was delicious. Our four different main courses were also really good; every dish with its own character. The drinks menu is also more than decent with a broad wine and cocktail selection.
The location at Trafalgar Square is of course great and we were really impressed with the ambience and decor.
The food was excellent, their service impeccable, and they had us out the door within an hour at the pre-theatre rush, despite the 3 course meal. Would definitely recommend this. Delicious, efficient, with a lovely ambience inside.

Thai Square at Trafalgar Square is a really good restaurant.
I’m really fond of their dishes, its varied, colourful delicious and extremely delicious! it is the sort of place that you can start with a dinner and end up on the dance floor if you wish, as there’s a club downstairs….
So a great place to visit and enjoy great Thai cuisine, while in the centre, checking out the vibrant night life around Trafalgar Square.
The staff are nice and friendly, great vegetarian dishes, and and a nice, stylish decor.

I went there for a friends 21st and we had a set meal. The food was really good but the staff treated us terribly and were rude from start to finish. Considering there was over 10 of us buying lots of drinks and spending a substantial amount of money I was shocked to be spoken to like we were taking up space. Not only were they rude from the moment they greeted us but they ruined my friends birthday cake. When they FINALLY brought it to the table, they presented it in the box without the candles we provided and it half of it was crushed – no one even said sorry. We had quite a secluded table which was good but we were frequently forgotten about. I enjoyed the food but the evening was ruined by poor service and when we politely complained we were met by more rudeness. We got no apology even after talking to the manager who just shrugged it off and got angry at us when we refused to leave a tip which was understandable considering they ruined a rather expensive cake and my friends birthday meal.
I’ve been to their branch in St Albans and Soho Thai, both of which have been wonderful with lovely staff. Maybe it was an off night but I certainly will not go back to this particular restaurant.

not too sure about the restaurant as i never tried...a shame i haven't yet as i heard good things and i love a good thai!anyways downstairs they have a nightclub which i use to often go to!i have good memories going there.it is free for ladies to get in whilst guys have to pay!the drinks are overpriced which is why i never buy any.its really tiny and with the amount of people who go here they should have a minimum capicity of how many ppl should enter!the floor is easily slippery.the only good point is the music.ive spend my birthday here once and was one of the best but i guess it depends on the people you're with that adds up to the experience.its worth the visit but its so overcrowded.

This is really a great restaurant. Its not particularly cheap, but its a premium restaurant in the centre of London, near one of the capital’s most well known landmarks, Trafalgar Square.
I can’t recommend one particular meal here. There are so many good dishes. The staff are extremely friendly and can help you decide. Inside, its fairly sophisticated, the sort of place you could take out your partner, conduct a business meeting or go for a family meet up.
Downstairs, there is a club linked to the restaurant, and its also quite sophisticated. I haven’t been in it on the weekends so I don’t know how busy it is, but overall, if you want a good evening in one place, which is guaranteed to be top class, or combine it with nearby galleries, I would say Thai Square ticks all the boxes.
Charing Cross is the closest tube station.

Thai square is one place to be at in Trafalgar Square. One fantastic monument. With a special menu for the season, this is a nice place to enjoy this festive season. The chef’s recommendation is exquisite. If you have never tried the Pad Thai Kai it will be a thrilling experience. Pak Toon is fancy vegetarian dish. You will be amazed at how close to Thailand you can be. There is absolutely enough seating for as many friends or families. Indulge yourself and luxuriate in this experience.
