Whittards is a little luxury for tea-lovers and fans of the finer side of English culture. I must confess, I'm not a tea drinker, but I find it fascinating just how many different flavours of tea there are! You can often try little samples of the many fruit and herbal varietities on offer, then buy them in generously sized tubs or in gift packs. For me, the main attraction is the hot chocolate. The white hot chocolate is gloriously luxurious, but there are all sorts out there, with some designed for bed-time relaxation; others for a taste explosion and others just because they're delicious! As with all the best hot chocolate, they require millk, rather than water, but the tubs last for ages, even if you become addicted. You can get gift packs with a variety of flavours - ideal for a nice gift, or you can get little packs of chocolate or tea pots if you're after a nice present.
