Nicely laid out hotel, with good standard of 5 star accomodation, the food and service are equally as good.
A bit pricier than my usual London hotel (royal garden) but I suppose its more convenient for Harrods and some of the theatres.
However it lacks some of the homeliness of Royal Garden and the personal touch that I have been used to there.
I would stay again here but only if my usual place was full.
