Terrible. Quoted me £60 over the phone, charged me £100 after my hair cut. No changes had been made to the stylist who was cutting it so the price increase was completely unjustified. Felt too awkward to correct them so I just paid it. Wouldn't go back.

I've been going to the salon for over two years now for haircuts and have recently started venturing to the Beauty Salon. The whole place is well-run, and cheerful, the staff is helpful and kind and the rooms downstairs are wonderful - mellow music, comfortable seating/tables and yummy smells.

I thoroughly recommend this salon for everything.

My ongoing battle to find a salon in London that naturally highlights blonde hair continues. It wasn’t bad, but I still thought my hair looked a little brassy. Given the price, I’m not sure I would go back.
