It has excellent cread, cakes and pastries. The tarts are very good but they are a bit expensive. Once you’ve tried it the price doesn’t matter. You will go back time and time again for it. I especially like the bilberry tart. It is delicious. It was first introduced to me by a friend and i go back for it whenever I see the shop. They also have a chocolate tart. The chocolate filling is very rich so if you love chocolate go try this. You can sit there and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while eating your desert.

Loved the lively atmosphere of this place, even though it comes with a very long wait. Thank goodness ours was only about 15 minutes, but others waited for far longer. The Viennese Chocolate was divine, and I had a particularly good coffee-flavored eclair. Would return to try the sandwiches.

A good friend was pooh-poohing Paul the other day. I didn’t get it … especially when I thought about some of the other places she loves in town. I guess she’s yet to try one of their éclairs. Poor her. I like Paul. Exceptional quality at okay prices. Good sandwiches for lunch too. Oh yeah, the coffees are better than most in London as well. Come to think of it, my friend’s either insane or must have got Paul mixed up with somewhere else.

I was a bit snobbish about Paul when it first opened, but now i really like it. Excellent bread, cakes and sandwiches. The cake here is particularly good (although pretty damn expensive). We had a summer fruits tart which set us back £13, but it was amazing. Recommended for a quick bite to eat if you have the dough. No pun intended!

I frequently visit this place for cakes and paastries. They have really good cakes and pastries and tarts. If you love something sweet go try something from PAUL. They also have a good selection of bread. Stop for lunch and you have a freshly made sandwich and coffee. The atmosphere is lovely. At this branch you can also have Afternoon Tea which has a hot drink and finger food eh sandwiches, pastries. It is only available from 3 to 5pm only.
