It’s exhausting and demoralising doing vouchers. The sooner people are prepared to pay a fair amount for services we will all be happier. It is unlikely that we will be doing these offers again. However I am truly sorry that you were not happy.

Great haircutting. perfect customer service. I’ve been coming here for years and am delighted. My wife and daughters all come here too not because ’dad’s hair was so great’.
Admittedly, I have a simple cut of the small amount of hair I have left and they have procedures which are a whole lot more complex.
great place, nice people, fair price.

I would not recommend this salon to anybody. The manager is extremely rude and told me they were too busy to phone me to confirm my appointment. Shocking customer service.

Very, very surprising. I and three family members have had dozens of interactions with them over several years and they have been unfailingly polite and helpful.
I would have responded to this review earlier but as Ms Cabbage1 has never been a client of ours I let it slip. “Dummy appointments,” these are not my words, effect the profitability of my business, the income of my Stylists and takes up valuable time that another client would have used.
Having discovered this salon 12 months ago I also find this very very surprising. It’s unlike any service I have received through my experiences with the team all of which have always been helpful and friendly.
I recently visited Glass and was seen by their newest member of staff, Fabian. Fabian was very professional, friendly, warm and really knew his stuff. His suggestions on what would look best for my face shape and skin tone were plentiful but without being controlling or pushy. Needless to say I was very happy with his vision and the execution of my finished hair style. The salon itself was clean and contemporary and had a lively atmosphere to it. I'll be coming back to Glass very soon! Thanks again Fabian! :)

A girl should leave a hair salon feeling like a million bucks. If I do not leave a salon with this sensation, chances are, I won't be returning. From the start, Glass Hair Salon secured confidence. I found them via a Groupon deal. As per the online voucher norm, they were soon inundated with clients trying to book appointments. I really wanted an early April cut; there is nothing like looking fantastic on spring vacation. Glass was booked out solid for weekends in early April. Instead of saying, "sorry, it isn't possible," they offered to open the salon an hour early. Brilliant. Petar, my stylist (and the salon owner!), was thoughtful and thorough. When I told him my preferences he listened, offered suggestions, and asked for my feedback. He spent time studying the shape of my face to make sure the cut complemented its structure. The color looks lovely. The cut is elegant and fun. And ladies, he blew it dry into soft waves so I left looking like a diva. I've had my hair cut in cities all over the world--Petar is among the best!

wow, after being reccomended to glass hair salon, in particular to petar, by a collegue that works part time in london.... i'm exceptionally happy to say i had such a delightful experience there. i live and work in belgium and was on a week long trip visiting friends and decided to get a fresh new look. the salon is stunning, and petar does an amazing job, he's highly skilled and interacts with genuine interest, unlike many haidressers i've had the misfortune to meet in the past. i'm pround to say, that from now on i'm going to londons glass salon for every haircut! thanks petar for the great treatment .
