Strada

We download vouchers from any company that wants to give us a free meal so we don’t find prices too expensive. Strada do such a deal and we are never disappointed with the standard of food or service. Horsham branch seems to have the edge on Brighton, at the moment. Which ever b ranch you use, you will be pleased you went there!!

i went to strada horsham for lunch with my friend (for my birthday) the food was great with a gigantic pizza , great value, busy busy place in town, and a surprise birthday cake from the manageress with a nice song. what made it even more special is that she heard me talking about my birthday , but i dot originally ordered a dessert, so she gave me one as a surprise! fantastic customer service skills. it is a big chain of restaurants and they have kept it very human. i will return to this restaurant and recommend it to friends.

I've been going to Strada in Horsham regularly for some years now and I'm never disappointed. Great food, nice surroundings and friendly service. The Gamberoni prawn starter is a favourite, bring back the Torta Della Nonna (Warm Lemon tart). Going back soon.

I have to confess that I normally try and go to local restaurants rather than chains, but I do make an exception for Strada in Horsham. I have been a number of times and not had a bad meal there. Whether it is a pizza or a pasta dish they have always been good, even when they are packed on a Saturday night.

Would I go back, most definitely. Would I recommend it, oh yes. The service is good and the sort of place you can go in a small or large group and you will have a good time.

I have visited this branch of Strada about 4 times now and just like the London branches the service is always great. They have a standard menu which subtly changes on a regular basis, making it a great restaurant to return to. I have always enjoyed the quality of the food and the pizza’s are huge. There is also a good choice of meat and fish dishes and they have a great value set lunch.

First visit… I really enjoyed. I Would definately go again (infact I am next week) I had the seabass and my friend had a chicken dish, followed by bread & butter pudding and melting choc pud….cant wait

I would recommend Strada in Horsham to everyone! The food was excellent value, the portions enormous and the staff were very friendly...the layout can be intimate & romantic and at the same time, they can cater for large groups...very adaptable...if you are eating Italian in Horsham, then you need to ring these guys immediately....

I have unfortunatly only been here once, but i really enjoyed my visit. My food was actually perfect ( a rare thing) and the person who I was eating with was also very pleased. I thoroughly recommend the tuna steak, and the pizzas looked great too!

We've always been staunch supporters and buyers of the Pizza Express brand - we've known that we will get pretty much the same good level of service and quality of food, no matter what town.
It was therefore disappointing to find that Pizza Express in Horsham recently seems to have gone downhill somewhat, and oddly, that they should lower their game just when new competition opened up a few doors down the road!
I hadn't been to Strada before November 07; I had heard good things in general, but nothing prepared me for just how good the experience was!
It was one of those spur of the moment decisions that could have gone horribly wrong; I was looking after our 2 boys for the day and we'd just all been swimming so we were perilously close to them running on completely empty - we needed to fill them up again, FAST!
We dropped into Strada on a Sunday lunchtime, with a pushchair, toddler and my other son and were recieved politely and helped to a table with plenty of space - highchair arrived promptly and the pushchair was moved for us to a storage area out of the way. Orders were taken without fuss or pushiness, nor did the waitress need nudging to take the order. Good so far, I thought. They are obviously used to dealing with sproglets, as the pizzas arrived very promptly; and what pizzas!! Pizza Express' were good I had thought, but these are absolutely delicious - huge, well-stocked pizzas, yet not stodgy or over-filling, great fresh ingredients, fresh rocket garnish etc, "very very yummy" (to quote my 4 year old).
The care and attention from the staff was noticeable not for their fussing, but just for details - they were always SMILING (why is that so uncommon?!), courteous and helpful. My toddler accidentally dropped cutlery at least 4 times, each time it had barely hit the floor before being collected, floor wiped and a clean one provided..
Then the bill arrived and it was another pleasant surprise - less than i had expected - very good value and they even put the spare pizza slice in a takeout box for me. Go there, you wont be disappointed!!
