i found a dress unfortunately my size wasn't available, i saw the same dress on a manikin  i asked a member of staff to help me which she did, the pleasant nature and helpfulness from Jackie was superb, no hesitation to stop what she was doing to assist me, also very warm and friendly to my 18mth old daughter that was in her pram with me, i had to take the item i purchased back as it was far too to tight around the bust, i went back to the store in beckton and spoke to wendy. who was also very friendly and pleasant, wendy phoned over 7 stores to try and see if the dress was else where but with no joy, i went back to the store a few days later and jackie was just leaving i asked her for some assistance, which she kindly did so, i exchanged the dress for a jumper and also purchase another, i would like to say that both ladies were a pleasure to deal with and a great asset to your company, excellent warm friendly welcoming customer service is very hard to find these days! very happy customer and will definitely be returning! thanks angela!
