Doughmasters

Doughmasters is awesome, they serve hot food wrapped in a warm nan-like bread, kind of like pizza sandwich. They are made to your specifications in front of you so you can control and vary the fillings. Not something I would eat every day, but great for a friday treat or working through a hangover.

Doughmasters is a new establishment in croydon which I thought I would try out and to be honest I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food which is absolutley delicious with its freshly baked bread. I would suggest this to anyone who wants something different from your usual hamburger and chips

A Croydon institution with its freshly-made flatbread rolls. A really tasty alternative to the M&S sandwich, especially if you go for a grilled roll. This branch has a few tables you can sit at, if you want to stop and eat, although it's usually full with Croydon College students.

There's normally someone on bread-making duty and you can watch them making the fresh dough and flattening it out before putting into the special bread oven/grills, while you wait for your own roll to be cooked.

Apart from the bread, the fillings are more exciting than the usual supermarket selection. My particular favourite is the juicy prawn, spinach and cheese.
