Midland Air Museum

Personally, I am not that into looking at stationary aeroplanes however my kids and my OH enjoyed it!
There are plenty of aircraft to see at the museum and there is often a guide outside who will take you inside the cockpit of a Vulcan Bomber where he gives a short talk about the 'plane. There is a gift shop and coffee shop in the museum which is the first thing you come to when you go in and the last thing you get to when you come out. The coffee shop is nice. They make a nice cup of tea! Prices of hot drinks and hot food (bacon batches and the like) are reasonable although there is only a very limited menu but soft drinks and cold food (chocolate bars, crisps, et.c) are a little over-priced.
The admission price to the Museum is £5.25 for adults and £3.25 for children with under 5’s going in free.
Personally, I feel that it would be better value if they could keep the prices a little lower or could offer a good value family ticket as it can work out a little expensive if there are a few people.
