P Blackhall came an diagnosed the problem with my central heating system. They even came back to have a second look when I had my doubts. They just finisheda powerfulsh and everything is working perfectly! I have had the system in place for 10 years and only one radiator, the one closest to the Combi Boiler, ever heated up to the point that you could not touch it. I had two, furthest away from the boiler that never heated AT ALL. Now these, and all the rest are so hot I cannot leave my hand on them. So happy. Great result, great service !!!!! Recommend!

I recently had a new boiler installed and i am delighted with the results. My bills are now much cheaper and i feel happy in the knowledge that i have a 5 year warranty.
Extremely happy with this service and their friendly approachable staff made the visit to my home a pleasure.

We recently employed this company. They agreed to send an expert plumber, but when the appointment came, someone else turned up. The plumber was not an expert, failed to achieve what we had asked them to do and we were charged £130 for work which was an expert could have informed us was unnecessary. I would not recommend this company -- look elsewhere.

I employed this company to make my central heating system work better - the main radiator was not getting hot. They suggested flushing the system. It brought down my neighbour's ceiling and caused a deal of distress. Instead of apologising for this accident, they charged me £300 to fix the leak.
This along with a further £300 extra to the estimate on the day was very unprofessional. Their reputation could so easily have been saved by a simple apology and a helpful attitude.
It was not and the radiator is still not getting hot.
Avoid.
