This is a large branch of this London chain of convenience stores, situated adjacent to the Sussex Coast platforms at Victoria Station. They have a bakery/patisserie counter, but it is most useful for buying sandwiches etc. before setting off on a journey - they have a pretty good selection here.

They also have a reasonable wine selection, although they are a little pricey (but then you paying for convenience if you've forgotten to buy something beforhand). Staff are very efficient - they are used to customers dashing off to catch a train having made their purchases!
