Hotel Friedrich Franz Palais, Bad Doberan

Booked the Palais to eat at short notice - no problem, it worked. As probably the first house on site, the Palais has to 'meet its reputation'. It's somewhat useless to waste a lot of words, it has to be experienced. You can read a lot on the internet - and what's mentioned there isn't exaggerated. I asked for the chef after eating. Unsure of what to expect, he initially stood unsure and suspicuously in front of me but relaxed when I thanked him personally for his work and the quality of the food. He really deserved it.
