This wasn’t false advertising it was purely a mistake. We add around 50 cars a month onto our website, very very occasionally a mistake is made. I do apologise that we clicked aircon when it didn’t have it.
To be fair you did test drive the car and also had it inspected a second time by a mechanic with no issues to report but can appreciate you didn’t check to see if it had aircon.
We issued you a full refund so I hope this brings a close to the matter. The only reason it took a while is that you were trying to claim for loss of earnings which we didn’t think was fair considering such a simple mistake.
We sell thousands of cars each year and very very rarely have issues, when selling something that is mechanical occasioanlly you will have the odd issue, it comes with the trade. If only all the happy customers posted reviews! :-(
