The people at Authentic Cakes know their stuff. Anything to do with cakes you could think of they have in their shop and at an reasonable price. For a stacked two tier iced chocolate birthday cake I paid 65 pounds which was very good for what we got as it fed 80 people! Also it was iced beautifully and ready on time. The only slight negative thing was I wasn't sure what I wanted as it was a cake for a friend and I didnt really feel they helped me that much in making decisions or suggestions.
The other good thing about Authentic Cakes is they hold classes so you can learn how to make iced roses and learn the art of sugarcraft. The courses always seem to get booked up so you have to be quick but someone in the shop at the time told me they got a lot out of it and was well worth the money.
