Over-hyped, rude, and pretentious fancy French dining. At first I thought it was just me and my friend who were being treated like we were invisible. Then I noticed the lovely French couple to our right waiting half an eternity for their check and others all around being treated to the same brusque service and overwhelmingly patronizing attitude.
The food is good (and the only reason I am giving this place 3 stars), but not nearly worth the price or the painful service. Go to this place instead: L’ATELIER MAÎTRE ALBERT-- 1 rue Maître Albert (a half block south of quai de Montebello). More on this later, but it was the best meal I ate in France.
