If you've ever been to an Apple Store, you'll know what to expect. Everything is shiny and enticing. The staff are knowledgable and friendly, and half the people looking around are bona fide Apple lovers.
I've been here twice now, once with a faulty iPhone - exchanged without hassle, and once with a expanding battery problem on my macbook - also replaced without hassle.
So why not a 5 star rating? Well, there are two big problems in my eyes.
1) It's a pain in the arse to get a Genius bar appointment at a reasonable time (e.g. in the evening or on the weekend).
2) It's way outside the city centre and so is a bit of a pain to get to
